Vicki Clarke

Vicki Clarke MS, CCC-SLP

Owner and President, working since 1991 as a Speech Language Pathologist and Augmentative Communication Specialist specializing in state of the art AAC and AT equipment. Vicki regularly attends and presents at local, state and national assistive technology conferences, speech language pathology conferences and family-focused meetings. Trainings offered by Vicki are available for review on our Training & Workshops page. She also consults for national and international AT service, equipment and software manufacturers. Services include assessment, treatment, consultation, programming and website content management.

Chuck Clarke

Chuck Clarke, BA

Owner and Director. After 22 years in the corporate world, Chuck brings to DTAinc an impressive array of skills in Business Management and Development. Chuck has dual degrees in both Economics and Business Management and a wealth of experience in the business world. On-board to manage our business affairs, help spread the word about our services and make sure we help as many people as possible, Chuck is busy helping us expand our ability to serve more of our friends in Georgia and nationwide.

Jessica Busbee

Jessica Busbee, M.A. CCC-SLP - Speech Language Pathologist

With experience in literacy instruction; adult rehabilitation; augmentative communication treatment, planning and customization and; severe speech impairment and language development, Jessica specializes in our younger patients' communication needs. Jessica assists our patients in direct therapy, assessment and intervention planning. Jessica has been a part of the Dynamic Therapy team in a variety of capacities since 2004 and we are thrilled to finally have her here with us on a full time basis!

Krista Mullen

Krista Mullen, M.S. CCC-SLP - Speech Language Pathologist

Krista comes to us from a 10 year career in the public school system and several part-time positions in a variety of environments working with persons with communication needs. With experience in the classroom, adult care facilities and private practice, Krista has assisted patients with their needs in speech, language, augmentative communication, feeding and swallowing. Specializing in adolescents & adult patients with developmental delays, Krista provides a functional approach to enhancing communication. We are so pleased to share Krista's experience and skills with our patients!

Amalia Vlachos

Amalia Vlachos, MA CCC-SLP - Speech Language Pathologist

Amalia comes to us with experience in a variety of school settings providing assessment, treatment and consultation for children with speech and language impairments. With an interest in working with children with neurogenic communication disorders and culturally diverse populations, Amalia has an enthusiasm for working with families and the experience to coordinate services with our school teams. We are very pleased to have Amalia join us in the Fall of 2010.

Michelle Carter

Michelle Carter, CCC-SLP - Speech Language Pathologist

Michelle comes to us with over 15 years experience in the public school setting with part-time positions in private settings. She has worked with a variety of clients including fluency disorders, language disorders, articulation disorders, and children with autism. She enjoys working with school age to middle school children.

Dawn Moriarty

Dawn Moriarty, M.Ed CCC-SLP - Speech Language Pathologist

Dawn comes to us with extensive experience as a speech language pathologist in public school and private settings. Dawn has worked with a wide variety of diagnoses and age groups including preschoolers through adults. With experience in augmentative communication both as a speech therapist and special needs classroom teacher, Dawn brings a fresh approach for our Saturday morning patients! Welcome, Dawn!

Kerri Monfalcone

Kerri Monfalcone, CCC-SLP - Speech Language Pathologist

Kerri comes to us with 12 years experience working in both public schools in North Carolina and private therapy settings. Kerri has worked with patients from 18 months old to 21 years who have a wide range of communication needs, including those with autism, CP, and other disabilities that affect communication, cognition, and mobility. Kerri says, "I have a particular passion for helping those who are low-verbal or non-verbal find their voice using the tools that best meet their needs. I enjoy problem solving! I also have a personal philosophy that while communication must be functional, it should be fun too. I enjoy using and exploring literacy, cooking, and other social activities with my clients."

Jennifer Ro

Jennifer M. Ro, MA, CCC-SLP - Speech-Language Pathologist/AAC Specialist

Throughout over 15 years of clinical experience, Jennifer has developed her interest and knowledge in augmentative and alternative communication in a variety of settings. With interests in language development and collaboration, she has provided AAC consultations and trainings for speech-language pathologists, parents, teachers, and other support persons.

Having worked in the public schools, private clinics, early intervention programs, adult and child group and foster homes, as well as adult day programs, Jennifer has additionally acquired extensive experience in the evaluation and treatment of speech-language and swallowing disorders stemming from a wide range of developmental and medical diagnoses. As a result, she appreciates the unique perspective that students, families, and others bring to the therapy table as children with complex communication needs progress through the various life stages.

Elisabeth Dolloff

Elisabeth Dolloff, MS CCC-SLP - Speech Language Pathologist

Elisabeth is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology with specialty in Language and Literacy Disorders. She has worked in public schools and private clinics with children of all ages. Specializing in our younger patients' communication needs, she provides assessment, direct therapy, and intervention planning services. Elisabeth enjoys helping children of all abilities find their voice through a wide variety of communication solutions. Every child is unique and deserves a plan tailored to their specific strengths and interests.

Occupational Therapy Team

Melissa Best

Melissa Best, MS OTR/L - Occupational Therapist

Melissa is a graduate of Brenau University with a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, with 3 years of pediatric experience in the private setting. Her career has focused on evaluating and treating children, from the toddler through adolescent years, who are facing challenges due to functional limitations relating to Autism, Cerebral Palsy, ADHD and Developmental Delays. She assists children and their families with ADL, fine motor, visual motor, handwriting and sensory needs. Melissa is excited to join the DTA team to offer OT services, as well as, to collaborate with the speech therapists to enhance accessibility with Augmentative Communication Devices. We are so pleased to have Melissa join us!

Kathleen Beyea

Kathleen Beyea - Documentation Compliance Specialist: Patient and Physician Contact

Mrs. Beyea is our wonderful patient and physician contact liason. She helps make sure you are all kept up-to-date on scheduling changes and our physician friends receive timely updates. Many of you will have the opportunity to talk with Kathy as we make all of our transitions!

Shari Willingham

Shari Willingham - Administrative Assistant

Shari comes to us with many years of experience as a parent and paraprofessional for special need students. She assists us in our documentation compliance, scheduling and initial introductions to our clinic. Many of you will have a chance to work with Shari in our front office each week.
