Meet the Team

Dynamic Therapy Associates is proud to introduce you to our amazing staff of speech language pathologist, SLP assistants, and management team members. Our team of speech language pathologists have Master's Degrees in Speech Language Pathology, are certified by the American Speech Language and Hearing Association and have their Georgia Licenses to practice Speech Language Pathology. We strive to provide the highest degree of services though an evidence based approach provided by therapists who have extensive on-going continuing education in the field of speech language pathology. We are dedicated to supporting the amazing and varied families in our community, to the BEST of our ability. We welcome and celebrate our diverse families; families of all races and nationalities, foster families and LGBTQ families. Our administrative team is made of up families and allies of people with disabilities and can help you navigate funding and community services. In addition, they're all just super nice, caring individuals who have a true desire to improve the lives of their patients and families! Welcome to our DTA family!

Vicki Clarke

Vicki Clarke is the Owner and President of Dynamic Therapy Associates, Inc and DTA SCHOOLS. After graduating from the University of North Carolina- Chapel Hill in 1991 she worked in public and private schools, adult day programs, and private practice. Vicki is a Speech Language Pathologist and Augmentative Communication Specialist specializing in state-of-the-art AAC and AT equipment. She regularly attends and presents at local, state and national assistive technology conferences, speech language pathology conferences and family-focused meetings. She also consults for national and international AT service, equipment and software manufacturers, as well as professional organizations. When Vicki is not working, she enjoys playing with her pups, kickboxing, weightlifting and couch surfing.   vicki@mydynamictherapy.com

Chuck Clarke

After 22 years in large corporate America, in 2010, Chuck took on a new challenge in the small business world, joining wife, Vicki, in expanding and developing new ventures with Dynamic Therapy Associates and DTA Schools.  A graduate of North Carolina State University, Chuck has dual degrees in business management and economics.  He manages the finances and general operations of our company.  When he's not at DTA, Chuck can be found playing tennis and hanging out with his "chiweenies" Hudson and Mika, and their golden retriever sister, Penni.  chuck@mydynamictherapy.com

Ellen Grade

Speech Language Pathologist, AAC Specialist | M.Ed. CCC-SLP

Ellen received her undergraduate degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and her Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from The University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!). Prior to working at DTA, Ellen worked in a specialized private school for students with language disorders, where she received her Orton-Gillingham Classroom Educator Certificate. While working at the school, Ellen initiated an articulation program to serve children with speech sound disorders and phonological disorders. Ellen has traveled to Kenya twice to work in medical clinics with non-verbal children and provide families with low-tech communication boards, which sparked her desire to work more with AAC! In her spare time, Ellen can be found reading, eating, spending time with friends and family, and planning her next trip (currently, she has traveled to 48 countries!). ​ellen@mydynamictherapy.com

Jenna Coyer

Jenna is a Georgia native from Metro Atlanta. Following a receipt of a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Valdosta State University, she has worked with pediatrics in private practice, school-based services and with adults in a major medical center setting.  Jenna is a founding member our DTA Schools program as well as a clinical SLP.  In addition to her work with us from 2015-2018, she has spent the last 3 years treating and consulting in multiple school districts in Texas,  Massachusetts and Connecticut. Jenna enjoys working with students who have complex communication needs and has presented on topics related to AAC and school-based services at Assistive Technology Industry Association Conference (ATIA) and Georgia Assistive Technology in Education Conference (GATE).  jenna@mydynamictherapy.com

Danielle Cultreri Brown

Danielle obtained her Bachelors in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Appalachian State University in North Carolina, and her Masters degrees in Speech-Language Pathology from Nova Southeastern University in South Florida. Danielle has experience working in a variety of settings including, an intermediate care facility for adults with developmental disabilities, skilled nursing facility, acute rehabilitation hospital, and pediatric outpatient. During her free time, Danielle enjoys spending time with her family and dog, hiking, camping, and exploring the outdoors. ​danielle@mydynamictherapy.com

Jessica Standard

Jessica​ grew up in Powder Springs, Georgia, but she is originally from Pensacola, Florida. She graduated from the University of Georgia with a bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She decided to stay at UGA for her master’s in speech language pathology. Prior to starting at Dynamic Therapy, Jessica worked in school and skilled nursing settings. She has worked with a varied caseload from babies and young children to adults. Jessica stays busy with her 3 children. Amalia Vlachos

Amalia is originally from Rapid City SD. She attended the University of Minnesota where she received a Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders and a Master of Arts degree in Speech Language Pathology.  She moved to Georgia with her husband and two children in 2009. She has experience working in a variety of settings, including preschools, elementary schools, skilled nursing facilities, and an adult day program. She has provided speech and language therapy for children and adults with various diagnoses including receptive and expressive language delay, articulation and phonological disorders, apraxia, pragmatic language disorders, autism spectrum disorders, Rett Syndrome, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and Visual/Hearing Impairments.  She has been with Dynamic Therapy Associates for 9 years, where, in addition to providing speech and language therapy, she specializes in the evaluation and implementation of augmentative and alternative communication systems. In her spare time Amalia enjoys spending time with family and watching movies. Lauren Forti

Lauren graduated from the University of Georgia with her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Communication Sciences and Disorders. Lauren originally joined the Dynamic Therapy team as a graduate student intern several years ago.  After going out into the world to practice as a speech language pathologist in school districts in Georgia and Alabama, she's made her way back to us!  Providing telepractice services in both Alabama and Georgia, we are excited to have Lauren back as a professional member of our team!  Lauren is interested in augmentative communication, supporting and training families and helping all students find their voices!! Laurabeth Arvison Bucur

 Hailing from St. Louis, Missouri, Laurabeth moved to Georgia in 2018. She attended Southeast Missouri State University where she earned her bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders with minors in Autism Studies and Child Studies. She then continued on to Saint Louis University for her master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. While a graduate student at SLU, Laurabeth held a position as a research assistant, studying speech and language differences in individuals with Parkinson's. Laurabeth has presented her research at both the Missouri Speech-Language-Hearing Association convention and American Speech-Language-Hearing Association national convention. Laurabeth has gained experience in a wide variety of settings, including pediatric and adult rehabilitation hospitals, public high and middle schools, specialized private schools for children with complex communication needs, private practices, and skilled nursing facilities. In her free time, Laurabeth enjoys teaching fitness classes, attempting Great British Bake-Off recipes, and hiking with her husband. laurabeth@mydynamictherapy.com

Stephanie Ponte

Stephanie was born and raised in sunny South Florida. She graduated from Florida State University with her master’s degree in Exceptional Student Education and concentrations in Severe Cognitive Disabilities and Autism. In the years since, Stephanie has worked as an Exceptional Student Education teacher in both public and private school settings teaching students with Autism, multiple disabilities, intellectual disabilities, complex communication needs, sensory impairments, and deaf-blindness. While in her positions as an educator, Stephanie has also held various leadership roles including Curriculum Lead and Transition Coordinator. She  has focused her continued professional learning and training in the areas of Augmentative and Alternative Communication, Cortical Visual Impairment (CVI), and Deafblindness. Stephanie is a Perkins School for the Blind-Endorsed CVI Specialist who provides evaluation and consultation to families as well as school teams serving children with Cortical Visual Impairment. Of her professional pursuits, Stephanie especially enjoys developing curriculum that integrates the use of Augmentative and Alternative Communication and Literacy instruction. ​Juanita Pritchard

Juanita has been involved with students who have significant cognitive impairments for more than 40 years. Her work in the Georgia public school system includes high school classrooms of students with moderate to profound intellectual impairments, community based vocational instruction, assistive technology specialist and Intellectual Disabilities Specialist.  Her passion is providing access to the school curriculum for all students, especially those with significant impairments. She was a Core Access Teacher with Georgia DOE, helping adapt materials to align instruction for alternate assessment students to state standards.   She does trainings and workshops around the state of Georgia supporting teachers in providing meaningful access to the curriculum.  She is a published author.  Juanita@mydynamictherapy.com​

Shari Willingham

Shari was born and raised in New York and moved to Georgia over 25 years ago.  She first became involved at DTA because she's mom to a son who has Autism who attended therapy here at DTA. She joined the staff over 10 years ago and since then have gone from part time office help to a licensed SLP-A with over 200 hours of specialized training.  Shari is our "go-to" person for all questions about Medicaid, waivers and device funding! Shari enjoys interacting with all of our families and sharing her own experiences as a special needs mom.  Her favorite time of year is Fall because she is a die hard UGA Football fan! shari@mydynamictherapy.com

Barbara DellaPiana

AAC Technician & Trainer, DTA Schools | SLP-A​

Barbara is a native Bostonian who moved south over 20 years ago. With over 20 years of administrative and IT experience, she officially joined DTA Schools in 2019. Barbara works tirelessly with our teachers, SLPs and guardians to create communication materials, program and train partners to use speech generating devices (SGD).  With over 200 hours of specialized training, Barbara has developed in-depth knowledge of how the devices operate and is passionate about helping others learn and understand.  Barbara enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially at the beach. Patti Schrock

Patient Coordinator | B.S. Early Childhood Education

Patti was born and raised outside Chicago and moved to Georgia 29 years ago. As a mom of a special needs son, she was first introduced to DTA when her son began attending therapy here. Two years ago, she joined our staff at DTA working in the front office. As a special needs parent herself, she loves meeting our families and watching our patients as their communication skills improve.
