Elizabeth received her undergraduate degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Georgia and her Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Elizabeth has worked the last several years at a school in Spartanburg, South Carolina that specializes in serving children and young adults with disabilities. She has focused on AAC with emerging communicators in a wide range of access methods.

Elizabeth loves to travel and is currently working on her goal of visiting every US National Park. She loves reading, going on walks, and playing tennis.
