Olivia earned both her bachelor's and master's degrees in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of West Georgia. She is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and has experience providing speech-language services in both public school and private clinic settings. She is especially passionate about working with individuals who use augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), with a focus on making communication accessible, meaningful, and empowering for people of all abilities.

A Georgia native, Olivia has lived in several regions of the state before returning to Northwest Georgia, where she now resides near Chattanooga, Tennessee. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and camping, as well as painting, baking, and crafting. She also enjoys doing jigsaw puzzles or reading mystery and classic novels.
