Shari was born and raised in New York and moved to Georgia over 25 years ago.  She first became involved at DTA because she's mom to a son who has Autism who attended therapy here at DTA. She joined the staff over 10 years ago and since then have gone from part time office help to a licensed SLP-A with over 200 hours of specialized training.

Shari is our "go-to" person for all questions about Medicaid, waivers and device funding! Shari enjoys interacting with all of our families and sharing her own experiences as a special needs mom.  Her favorite time of year is Fall because she is a die hard UGA Football fan!
